The Sustenance Cube, or “Sus Cube”, is a food item that regains the player 50 health. It is currently the best food item in the game. It can be bought from food vendors or crafted. It is a direct reference to the “Food Cube” found in the game “Kenshi” by Lo-Fi Games. It was created by Harvestmen who, lacking a human taste palette, would mash together or “cubify” as many ingredients as possible for maximum nutritional gain.
Traditionally, there is no single recipe for a Sustenance Cube. However, one can be crafted with the following recipe:
Spiced Land Lobster
(Fresh Land Lobster + Salt Sachet -> Preserved Land Lobster + Rejali Herbs)+
Gobi Mushroom
As of PA02, they can be crafted by the player through the inventory alone however this will most likely be changed to rely on a Cooking Station in a future update.
